any one have a "new" 305 Dream Speedo cable they are willing to sell?

darn these things are hard to find, looks like im all ears to used ones too. Id take a throttle cable too but they seem to be more then attainable.

There are a couple speedo cables on ebay right now
Search CA77 and Honda Dream
one is $24.99 and the other is $70 something.

yes, thank you, i did however see these. the cheap one was the cable that has the incorrect connector to the gauge, and for 76$ im all set.

Tim McDowell's Classic Honda restoration out of MD will have new cables in about a month.

Apex sells them in black..why did they even bother.....

ohio, westernhills, and retro DO NOT plan on attaining more of these cables.

on another note i got a clutch cable from westernhills, I wasnt told it was NOS and looks like ass. its as yellow as the one on the bike, going to return it.

has anyone expirimented with silver vinyl paint on discolored or improperly colored cables?

Hi Steve,

If the Dream Horn is the same as the CB77 horn, I have a couple of used ones here that, with a bit of cleaning and new paint should work fine.

Steve, I've used the SEM silver vinyl paint on cables, and was not happy with the results. It covers well, and adheres well, but it looks too bright and silvery!
