Febder Packing

Yeah, I'd be up for that; how much are you thinking of selling them for, and made out of what?

Mudflap and fender packing

Post by Kevmcp » Mon May 03, 2010 10:05 am

Guys, I have gotten quotes for making a mold and redoing the fender packing, and financially it wouldn't make sense for just the few we need to make. I made my own mudflap based on an old one that I got from my mechanic. As soon as I see if it fits, I will take photos and post the pattern online so you can make your own, it was pretty easy. I am going to try and make a fender packing from epdm, and if I am successful, I will post that as well.

Too expensive to have one popped in a mold out of the right kind of rubber, over 2500 for just the mold itself.....mudflap, I made one, but I talked to Tim at Classic Honda Restoration, and he is re-making them again, he said (the mudflap) which is cool, as I suggested it was a part often missing.
