CB92-What are these worth?

Hi,
I know this is the superhawk forum, but can anyone give me a little help? I just tracked down a CB92 benly project. An awesome project, the things in decent shape and is only missing a few parts. Anyways, what I was wondering if anyone has any idea how much these little bikes are worth these days? The owner wants what I think is a large amount of money for the bike, has anyone seen a restored one sold recently? Any estimated values would be appreciated I'm just trying to form an educated offer.

Is it a CA92 or a CB92? Makes a pretty big difference.

Thanks for the link. Actually, that is pretty close to what the guy is asking...maybe a "fair" price, but I've never spent that much on a project bike!!!
