Yes there is nothing to see, I even suspect that the year date never was on the tag...
Because the number is very clear, and really no signs of other numbers. Nothing.

Good luck with the project, bonjour. I can tell you that, from my research thus far, 10439XX has a '66 harness and 10530XX is a '67; therefore your 10480XX could well be a '67-manufactured model. Is it an original NL-market import?
Yours may well have an OEM Honda post-production (spare part) harness, as mine does. All(?) had winker wiring, as did most of the later Domestic (Jap) & Euro models, along with all(?) Canadian-market (many of which are CP77s), within the harness:

- In the headlamp and at the taillight connections - light blue and orange wires for the switch / winkers
In the headlamp - an additional grey wire for the switch centre connection
Near and just above the motor connections ahead of the battery - grey and black wires for the flasher relay
haha, thanks for the info man !
I will check if there are any such wires.
I don't think it has, but im not sure, so i will check it !
What a puzzle it is, lol
