Handlebars, turn signals and tailight are what jump out at me. Is the speedometer in MPH, or KPH? I've seen plenty of CPs that were US models, so that isn't necessarily something defining the origion of the bike. Post a pic of the speedo face if you get a chance.

Forum member Paul Strassmaier has much of the low-down on CPs. The small taillight on yours was only used on very early ('61) CBs; it continued to be fitted on Canadian models >'66. That type of winker narrows the bike down to being either Canadian or domestic (Japanese) market, but the taillight narrows the margin further to it being probably from Canada.

All this detail has been collated by distilling info from many helpful members here on The Forum.

Quote from http://www.honda305.com/superhawk/ 'CYP77 Police Superhawk>Police CP77>Photos & Info' final paragraph:
  • Late CP77: I've seen many of these coming out of Canada. In my CP77 parts book it lists them as "discontinued in year of manufacture". These bikes have CP77 numbers, but were not painted white, and didn't have any special parts from the factory, with the exception that many had turn signals..."

Here's some interesting model/market derivative discussion.

Some (later) CB/CP frames have welded lugs, just aft of the upper rear shock mounts; not-so-late models with winkers had flag-brackets flying from those shock mounts. Some Northern European markets' models had specially fabricated rear licence plate/taillight brackets with additional hardware for the rear winkers.
