Got any links for toggle switch suppliers, or possible rotary switches which may work?
3pole2throw center off switches in that capacity seem scarce from my searches.

No key switch... just the button! Im not worried about it getting stolen...

You can get DPDT center off toggle switches at Radio Shack (20 amp) for about $5.00
One of those and a SP on/off could duplicate the diagram above and work.

There would be no "prime" or "park" etc but who needs those choices anyway.
If you match the wire colors from Steve's switch diagram to the contact letters, you should have no problem wiring it up.

You would end up with an "On with no lights" position and an "On with lights" along with an "Off"
and that's all you really need.

The problem is that a rotary switch with sufficient current-carrying capability will probably end up bigger (beneath its mounting location) than the OEM keyswitch.

Telemecanique -- part of Schneider Electric -- make a good range of ZB2 & ZB4 (ZB4='Harmony' range). 22mm thru-panel aperture; modular, stackable contact blocks in both Normally Open and Normally Closed.

Now, with both NO & NC blocks, plus a 'stayput' actuator -- 3 positions: click-click, as opposed to momentary (spring-return) -- one would use a mix of NC & NO, stacked, in fully ccw & fully cw positions. So, turn the knob ccw and the NCs open -- no circuit; centre position, the NCs close; cw position, the NCs remain closed and the NOs close also.

Here's the UK link in RS Components. You guys in the US have Allied Electronics, who seem to really take the piss on price, compared to UK -- the same setup is around GB£30/US$100!.

D@mn Steve, those are some hi quality switches!

Still not as bad as a new OEM Honda though.

Found this at Radio Shack, says its 20 amp, but doesn't say where.

Probably not the highest quality, but wonder if it would be ok in a pinch?

Either would do the job, Brew. The second example would allow your diagram to work nicely, too.

I thought you were looking for a rotary switch, the problem with which is that the space required behind the 'panel' is generally greater than for an equivalently-rated toggle switch. Other options would be a cam switch (from Klochner Mueller or Kraus & Naimer), which would be HUGE, or a wafer switch -- much smaller but probably a max current capability of 3-5Amps. Neither would have an Ingress Protection rating.

The Telemecanique is front panel (once installed) IP65-rated. I just re-read my last post and it appears to state that GB£30 is equal to US$100; not so. I should clarify that the same product costs those amounts, once built up with all the required elements (contact blocks, etc) in the respective countries.
