He's been advertising it at that price since before 8/2010...
I went and looked at it and passed on it.  I bought one for $300 a couple of months ago that was in FAR better shape.  
This one was a daily rider for a long time so it's got lots of wear..   
DYODD, ask for better photos (ask to see a photo of the rear sprocket, inside of tank, air filter area, closeup of wheels, etc...)
