Why is it that only 3 of the nuts and bolts holding the cases together require a sealing washer? They all seem to be equally apt to leak. If i understand LM correctly the 3 i show with the blue tape are the only ones that should need a sealing washer? The one on the far right would be the funky looking nut?

Are there any alignment issues to worry about when putting the transmission parts together? The Bill Silvers guide recommends dry fitting the cases and then installing the shift stopper hardware and running it through the gears to check for any problems?
