Oil leak from behind the stator 65 CA77 305

It appears I have an oil leak coming from behind the stator, How do I remove the stator etc. to get to the oil leak, what is the part I would need? Any diagrams please provide. Thanks Tazoutlaw

Oh Boy; there are 5 or 6 oil seals behind that cover. all of which will sometimes leak. some of the seals depend on good bearings behind them in order to prevent leaks. If it ain't too bad just live with it. ride it. just prying out seals and replacing them rarely fixes the leaks.

I have tried it. I can't believe you would want to ride with
oil all over the bike. It's not that hard and you can usually look
at the parts manual and see what is needed done.

thank you, do you have any idea how to get to the seal behind the stator, I already removed the stator. do you have any photos etc.

You need a puller to remove the rortor. Do a search on this site for rotor puller, and it lists the size and where to buy. Add your location to your profile, and you'll get more responses to your questions!

I did all those seals recently. I used the rear axle to pull the rotor, the idea I got from a search of this site...Mark

Thanks to all that responsed i have replaced all seals. No more leaks.
