Are CA77 and CB77 parts compatible?

I have a guy in my neighborhood that has a bunch of parts from a CB77 he's selling (speedometer, cables, handlebars, carb, etc) Will these work on my CA77?

Most won't. You could slap one of the CB carbs on your dream for a little more fuel/air. But I think the stock one works just fine on mine. But if he's giving you a good deal there are plenty of CB people here who would probably buy some parts from you maybe. Those CB speedos are a pretty hot item if it's in good shape.
