Hi gang,
I am finally finding some time to work on our 305 Dream project, and make a blog post:

The rear brake remains stubbornly frozen in the rear hub, anyone out there have any suggestions on how to seperate the two? thanks!

how to remove a frozen rear brake from the hub?
Rear brake hub
Jim, patience, persistance and pressure! A little heat and a "BFH" always helps too. Light raps around the perimeter of the drum should break it loose. Looks like that thing sat in water for a spell, welcome to the forum.....................D

There you go...!
It's kind of like that scene in Star Wars (IV) when they interrogate the princess...
Enter the garage with your burning propane torch in one and and your BFH in the other...
(It helps add to the effect if you have an automatic garage door opener you can lower)
and say "And now, Your Highness, it's time to discuss the matter of your frozen brake plate..." just as the garage door slams shut.... :)
