OK....D3 is the correct Keyster brand needle replacement for the Dream.
You float level should be around 26.5mm with this size carb.
If the bike is running OK, you may be ok the way it is, other than the tube length issue.
My Dream carb is also stamped PW22 and C77B DH.
Sorry about the math mistake....looks like the short tube is still a mystery!
You still may want to trade for a Dream carb ...if in fact what you have is not an early Dream model..........defer to LM on that determination though.
Think I'm missing some parts!
There's a "K" after my C77B K if that means anything. My engine # is CA77E 21345 and the frame is 23244. It's registered as a '63 but I've been told it's a '62. I'll wait for LM to hopefully give his opinion. I'd like to have the correct carb on the bike (whichever one that turns out to be!) Thank you SO much Brewsky for all your help with this. I was so afraid to even touch my carb, now I'm throwing it on and off in 10 minutes. I've learned alot.

Sure does look like HONDA did issue a different fuel inlet DREAM carb.
I've had in hand many DREAM carbs and never one like the shinny one.
My guess is it may be a after production carb.
Ya never do know it all.
Just what ya know to that time. ......lm
