I have a 1965 CA77 frame that starts CA781xxxxxx. The throttle cable does not route through the handlebars. Instead, it simply plugs into a mechanism held together by two screws that also houses the start button. Is this correct for this frame? Or did the early ones not route through the bars and the later bikes did? I see in the parts fiche that it lists two different types and I seem to have Handlebar 1. The links below don't work.
