Definitely not a stock throttle.
Rectifier is as you say, Radio shack. Which is cool because those work way better than stock.
Air cleaner is not stock but it's cool. I have one of those foam ones on my Dream and it works great.
The horn looks ok.
The bolt for the front brake lever needs a nut on the bottom (not super crucial but should be there to lock it into place)
It would be worth it for you to take the right side cover off and reposition the kick starter to the 11 o'clock position as to not damage the splines when using the kick starter.
Definitely is an early clutch cable setup (which looks like it could use some adjustment judging by the lever adjuster).
I really can't say much about matching serial numbers to production years but there is some info on here. Post the serial number of the frame (left side by the engine mount I believe) and someone here will surely give you some more info about the year of the frame and engine.
That right side cover has the slot for the clutch cable so that may also be an earlier one (unless that's a modification).
That's an awesome looking Dream dude. Those mufflers look great too.

Thanks. I'm a battery, a fuel line (the clear one that runs from one side of the tank to the other and is hard as a freaking rock) and a couple hours away from riding it. What exactly does that fuel line do? I am guessing it's some type of vent?
Tell me more about the positioning of the kick starter. How would it damage splines from the position it is in? What position do you feel it is in now? 11:30 ish? I am new to all this and welcome any, and I mean any, advice.
Is the clutch cable only adjustable using the wheel at the clutch lever or is there something I can adjust inside the case? If the former, it looks to me like the clutch cable is stretched and could use replacement.
Frame number is CA781004xxx. I know this is a '65 frame. The uncertainty is with the engine number of CA77E-315562.
Bill Silver told me that the earlier throttle setups (like what is apparently on my bike) works better than the later editions when they ran the cable through the frame. You folks agree? In what way did the later ones not perform up to par?
