Needle in a haystack requests, but I need a stator, stator rotor and starter chain for my 1965 CA77.

Stator/Rotor/Starter Chain Needed
Are they the same as on a CB/CL77 (except for the chain on a CL of course)? If so, I can probably help you out. I'll have to look thru my "stuff".

Stator and rotor
I think they CB/CL parts would generate electricity, but the timing marks will be off. 180 degree vs 360 degree motors.

Re: Stator and rotor
Generating electricity just might have to be good enough. I can put my own marks on the rotor that are correct for a 360 degree crank.conbs wrote:I think they CB/CL parts would generate electricity, but the timing marks will be off. 180 degree vs 360 degree motors.

Generator Etc.
Have to go out of town today. I'll dig thru my "stuff" tomorrow and email you. Am pretty certain I have all except the chain. I do know I have a good CB77 starter also if needed. Maybe a package deal of sorts.
