E-bay seats?

does anybody have any insight on these ebay seats? foam, look, seat pan?

I bought one for my CB72, the second one pictured but got the just the foam/cover that fits the original pan. dressed it up a bit with a chrome trim off a CT90 and an extra strap I had laying around. fit was good, quality was OK for the $. I was satisfied. the look is very nice but the foam is very hard.
