Dreaming of a Baby Dream

Hi, new to the forum and had some questions about purchasing a baby dream, more specifically a 1962 CA95 150 Benly.

Just found the bike on craigslist last night, and was wondering if there are specific questions I should ask the seller when dealing with this bike. From the one picture posted, the only fault visible is a torn seat, other than that it looks pretty good. I know i should check for rust inside tank, leaks, tire wear, mileage, etc. But what about bike specific questions?

Had some financial problems today, so there goes that dream...for now.
