torque specs

I have installed new rings in my ca77 and cannot find the torque specs for the head. My manual shows useing a torque wrench but fails to give specs. Anybody know what they are? Mabe Loudmouse?

18 ft. pounds with oil on threads a washers.

thanks so much. Right now i have the nuts torqued at 25 ft lbs i will loosen and retorque.
