I got my speedometer/ odometer back from Foreign Speedo in San Diego. Overall, I am very pleased with the results. I only have 2 complaints. The first is the amount of time it took the to restore the unit. I sent it to them in early March, so 4 1/2 months. I called often and they always had a reason to push it back another week. My other complaint is the rust ring that remained under the speedometer seal as shown in the picture. I'll be able to clean it myself, but thought that would be included in a speedometer restoration.
