Some finished pics. The mirror will be removed. Vibrates too much and is basically useless. Built to sell and goes on eBay next week...

56: too cool ! a couple of questions if you will. I can see where you ran the leads from the alternator, but what did you use for a battery, and where did you put it (in the front of the seat ?) At present I am dealing with an ignition switch in the headlight shell, but I have 2 harnesses ( one good, one "organ donor") that I think I can make work. I really like your rear brake pedal setup also. Gives me ideas.

I'm not normally a fan of wrapped pipes, but those do look good.
How are they attached/painted etc?

This is the battery I used, a Ballistic 4 cell LiPo.

It is mounted in front of the seat on an aluminum tray that houses all the wiring including the rectifier and the headlight switch, which can be turned on from under the seat.

Thanks for the compliments. I agree about the wrap. I'm not a huge fan either, but the headers were not in the best of shape and I ran out of time to have them re-chromed. I'm not sure what you're asking. If you're asking how the wrap is attached, I used safety wire at the front and back to secure it. The exhaust itself is a set of stock headers welded to the megaphones. I fabricated the mounting brackets as well and welded those on.

The wire answers one question. Most others I've seen have hose clamps or something as obvious.
Is the wrap painted or is it available in flat black?
