Will a 1965 honda head work on a 1961?

i have a 1961 ca77 honda dream.
i bot a 1965 ca77 honda dream head
on ebay. will it work on the 1961 dream.

Probably not, because of the mismatch between oil paths,

What would the oil problem be at the top of the cylinders and the head?. ..........lm

Hi,

LM, you're right, a 61 cylinder on a later crankcase will cause problems.
A 65 head will fit on a 61 cylinder, sorry for the inconvenience,
