problem with the title

I have a 1961 homda dream. i have a problem with the title
the back of the title is fildout and can't get tags.
the dmv Lady sade the title is no good. has eny won
have this problem. any help will be preciated.

Makes a difference where your located, state (assuming your in the US) differ from one another in their requirements. Also, do you have a bill of sale? You might be able to get by with that, again depending on where your located.

I am in Arkansas but the title is west virginia,
and no.I dont have a bill of sale.
