Winkers on a Dream?

My '65 Dream does not have Winkers. Is that normal? I have seen pics with them and without them. Were they standard after a certain year?

Hi,

Not in the US, but in some country's in Europe and also Canada it depended on the governmental regulations. Japanese bike for their own market always had winkers installed (domestic).
