Does anyone knows any products for Sealing big hold (about 2 inch ) underneath the CA77Gas tank without wielding (because I do not have wielding machine).

I seem to remember the POR-15 tank sealing kit containing a piece of fiberglass mat for repairing cracks from outside before sealing inside...assuming we're talking about a 2" crack; I don''t think anything will work for a "hole" that diameter...follow preparation directions exactly...

G has given you a good solution at reasonable cost. Welding new metal would be the only quality repair for a large hole in the tank. If you do not have a welder, then outsourcing the job would be your only choice for a quality repair. It would likely cost you more than 100 for a professional to do correctly so it doesn't leak. Anything less will be a temporary repair at best and will be wasted money in the log run.
