I am getting ready to put the camshaft back in after doing the valves etc and I was wondering if there is a easy way to get it in with out beating on the bearings.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Gently tap the bearings on to each camshaft half remembering just to tap on the inner race.
Warm the head in the oven or with a propane torch. The bearings and cam should just go in with very light force.
