Plugs Fouling
Hi,Thanks for your advise, you were right, the left & right slides were swapped, swapped them over and the plugs stopped fouling.Superchicken wrote:It is possible to put the left slide in the right carb and the right slide in the left carb, that will make a very rich condition.
Mr Honda, Bill silver gave me the same advise.
thanks once again.

Plugs fouling.
Hi, How did you diagnose the problem in one go, must be a common mistake people make.
I cant seem to understand how the bike ran for over a month without fouling (BURNING) & burning the plugs. The Mechanic who built the Bike was amazed how the bike ran for a month.any leads,
Thanking you for your time,it saved me a lot of time & stress
Regards,
Gordon.

In 1997, I was with a group of friends back at Steamboat Springs Co. attending the AHRMA's event, my friend Darrell had put together his CB77 just in time to bring back their to ride around, it looked perfect, but ran like crap. He says look I can start in ice cold with choke and ride off, I said that's not ordinary and some thing must be causing too much fuel to be picked up, we pulled the slides thing the needle were drifting instead of staying down, then saw that their were no cut away at the back of the slide.
