77 Starting Issue

Just got a neat old 1969 that has been sitting about a year. Tank was drained and bike stored . Put gas in it ,,kicked a few times fired up ( choke on ) idles for a few then died and would not restart. Kept trying , started and did the same thing. First though was it was not getting fuel, but after going through everything thats not the issue, though when I pulled teh plugs to see if they were fouled,,just for laughs I checked for spark,,not getting any ????

Fuse is good ( and put a new one in to be safe ) , points look fine, what would be the cause of I guess part time spark ?

clean the plugs and see if you get spark
Hook an external battery perhaps a car battery for a bit of omph or make sure the battery is fully charged as a start.
