The one with the curved tip has a very small hole. Would work with #90 gear oil, but probably not grease. The one I used for the speedo drive was cut to give it about 1/8" opening.

Oh yeah, it will work with grease. Here I'm getting grease to the bearing by slipping under the cover with a large bore needle attached. You have to press really hard, but it works great.
