Hi every one and thanks for take me inn ..!
I'm the new owner of a CA72 Honda dream.
I was doing some research here and there to understand a bit of this one
it looks like is a 1962 with 7,012 miles , pick it up from a guy a few weeks ago ..
Need a few parts like early tank rubber pads and a speedo unit with the cable ., and lower chain case...but over all looks like it was never open and turns with nice compression.
I will try to get it started in few weeks and will give some update on this ..
Oh ..the bike is complete .I just pull as much as I didn't want to loose anything on the freeway..!
Thank you from sunny southern California.
Cheers,!

HI THERE ..NEW GUY AND CA72..
HI G.. thanks for the reply ...i can see the old CA black and yellow plate on your picture ..
I kind of like the front fender do , very desert type from back in those years ..!
I think I like the early version of this ca's but at the same time is harder to find the parts ..
I don't know if you guys have better luck there with it ..
did you finish restoring yours yet ..?
thanks..

Haven't even started work on my bike yet - I've been busy on an early CB72 and other projects.
Although this one was rough it did come with a pile of spares, some NOS. Yes - they are harder to find parts for but that is part of the fun.
Yours being a 250 might make it a bit harder to find parts for in the US as the 305 was more popular. I have a 'sister' 1960 C72 with pressed handlebars to go with this one.

Hi there all..
here some progress on my CA72 fender and exhaust for now until I can find the right correct side I need.
For the front fender , I did a lot of work to save this guy.. since is an early one , I just did it ,to save me from looking all over for it... came out just fine.
now the seat is the task for this week.
After realized that I order the wrong one from here in USA...I when and order from pit replica ebay , looks nice and will see if it works now..!
well here some pics..
happy holidays..!
