Motor "cap" removal on bike?

Gasket

When you checked compression did you have the throttle open?

Did you put the aluminum plate and the other gasket (installed with the hole the right direction) under the head cover?

Sorry been off the site for a bit. Yes to all the above. Motor ended up needing to be bored .75 over and exhaust valves were bad. Should have all the new jazz in Monday for the machine so hopefully get to put it back together weekend after next.
