That's a bit more worrying although it's within the 'repair limit' of 0.8. Have you checked the bottom of the sleeve as a comparison? That would give you an actual feel for the wear.
My old Matchless has 30,000 miles on its original bore and I can stand on the kickstart lever without it giving way. I hate to think how much wear there would be if I took it apart to measure it.... :-)
LM has a much better feel for wear on these motors than I do, so I would take his advice.
Although, if I was you I would be tempted to put it together and see how it runs. You would only lose the cost of a few gaskets.

Crap... Once again, I was looking at the wrong specs! That damn asterisk! CB77's can have a ring gap between .2 and .4mm. My max is .28mm
