Stator cover screws CA77... what thread are these things?...

They're pan heads, not oval. I'm sure they'd be handy for other thing, just not the points nor stator covers.

Those are not oval head with the required bevel. (I know, old thread.)

Yep - bought quite a few JIS screws with different heads off those guys. They do raise CSK heads, too.
