Interesting post. My 1964 CB77 has a similar set up to yours with pinch bolts to the front brake and retaining bolts on the rear. It also has a wiring harness with a 1963 date tag. It's a UK bike. I wonder if Honda had some over production of parts which they carried over to the next year?
