Where to buy parts?

Post by Simper » Fri Apr 08, 2016 4:59 pm

I'm new to the forum and haven't been able to find where to buy engine parts for my CA77 I bought last week. Where should I be looking? I am having clutch problems and speedometer problems. My chain also broke.

eBay is a good source. Also, look up the part number for whatever you're looking for and do a Google search for that part.

To find things on this forum, try a Google site search. Simply go to Google and type this into the search window. XXX is the topic you're searching.
site:www.honda305.com XXX

For instance, if you want information about your speedometer and what others have written about the subject, type:
site:www.honda305.com dream ca77 speedometer Try different search term combinations to get more information. Omit the ca77 portion of the query to see what might have been written about speedometers on other models that might still be relevant.

Use this Google search on other forums by substituting the forum web address.

Finally, try to find the time to read through all of the forum topics and bookmark those that you think might be useful to you now or in the future. I've read great threads on an interesting topic only to forget later where I first saw it. Now I bookmark everything.
