Picked up a '63 CA77. I am spanking new to the Dreams. The frame is black and the front fender and tank are blue. None of the parts have been repainted, and the bolts don't look to have ever been touched. Did these come factory this way? All of the restored pics of these bikes that I've seen show a solid matching color on all parts. It also has a silver metal flake seat(what's left of it...) Currently in the research phase, and would appreciate any good information on these.

It all depends what you intend to do with it and to what standard you want to restore it, There are plenty of photo's out there for guidance. Mine is the black one.charvey31 wrote:This has a vinyl seat that is large metal flake. Black background. Must have been messed with quite a bit. Kinda like the blue and black, but the silver flake seat cover is a bit trippy for my taste..
