Rear shocks

Simple question are CB77 and CL77 rear shocks the same or at least are they interchangeable
want to know if these will fit my CL

They are not the same.
I've never measured the total length but the identifier is the bottom.
Where the adjuster tabs are fixed to the lower tube the CB is longer than the CL. ...............lm

I recall the CB77 to have a lower bolt diameter of 10mm and the CL77 have an 8mm. Just my 2-cents
