I think I only need the top gear and the bushing in the picture.
I have not found anything so far.
I have not seen any bushings for sale. There is a gear for sale in the US but reluctant to pay more on postage than for the item unless I have to and there is one gear for sale in the UK I have seen but does not look great to me.

Hello Everybody
Re. previous picture, well spotted Greg, lucky I posted a picture. I think that is a C72 top gear I had not bothered to check as it was in with CB stuff ! ( and got the bush for the wrong end )
Anyway hopefully these will be what you need.
