Rear Wheel Pivot Bushings

Is there an easy way to remove these bushings or can I leave them intact when I have my bike frame powder coated? Any advice would be welcome!

OK to leave them in but if you want to remove you need to make some kind of puller which will get them out without damage.

This a tool I made for the front suspension bushings.

When I had my CB77 frame powder coated, I left the suspension bushings in the swingarm for powder coat. I used a shop press to remove them afterward. They did a great job of keeping the powder coat out of the opening in the swingarm.
