So I just got this from my dad's house up in Rhode Island. Drove it back to Georgia. I plan on rebuilding everything. I am unsure if it is a CA77 only because I'm having a hard time finding a stamp on it. I know I'm gonna have to break it down and remove all that old paint and primer. But any help to indicate the model would be helpful.

Look for a vertical stamping on the left side of the frame, in front of and below the swingarm pivot.

Did you get an engine and most of the parts also?
Looks like the rear fender and maybe the front part of the front fender was "bobbed" back in the day.
Often the engine will say "CA77E...." and the frame will say "CA78....."

I'm looking into getting a rebel 250 for it. My dad had it for 37 years just chilling as an ornament. He doesn't have the money to invest into it unlike me. As far as parts are concerned - after disassembly - I'll label and catalog what I'm going to need - get the parts and put it back together. He is guessing it's a '62 maybe a '63.
