New member with ? about Dream

Hello to forum members. I just found this forum by google searching
for info about the 305 Dream I just bought Monday Feb. 18.
The first thing I tried to identify the year of my Dream as I didn't get a title with it. It does have the newer tank style so I guess it is a 1963 or later.
My engine serial number is CA77 106038 and the frame number is
CA78 106114. Any dating help will be appreciated. Thanks,

Looks like 1964 to me.
