Take in mind this is my first bike so i don't know much about anything.
I'm planning on changing my clutch cable today, as I've taken the handle bars off to switch them for the flat ones. I don't know if i have to take the side cover off of the clutch side to change this cable, or what. Maybe i'm over thinking it but it seems like i'm going to have to.

Re: Changing clutch cable
You wlil need to remove the RS cover and old cable attachments there and put new grease at the parts which you can see old grease on. You will also need to adjust the clutch adjuster in that cover also. ..........lm

I am having to change my cable also and was wondering if I will have to drain the oil before pulling the Right side cover or is it merely a cover to protect the mechanism with no oil in it?
