Fender Repair-Have an English Wheel?

HI,<br />I'm restoring a CL-72 and it has the original alluminum fenders (unchopped!!). They are pretty beat up, and to make this bike right I will need them repaired and polished, which means no cheating with fillers and primer. Does anyone know of someone who can repair damaged fenders to original condition? I suppose I am looking for a metal shaper that knows how to use an English Wheel. Any leads would be very appreciated. Thanks.<br />Gabe
