I made the seat, I bought one and didn't like the ride so I bent a sheet of metal and covered it to make it fit my fat behind. Trial and error.

Chrome Fender Guard
Also, where did you happen to find the chrome fender bar? I am looking for one for mine!

Those are Buco Twinmaster saddlebags and are as old as the bike. You'll see them for sale from time to time on auction sites such as E-Bay and they will sell from $150-$500 depending on condition and how badly they are wanted.
