High beam doesn't work. I rarely if ever ride at night anyway even if I didn't fix that. LOL
Brewski.......I'm over in Williamstown, the opposite end of Rt 77 from you. I'm guessing someone does make period looking white walls?
A pic of a pic of my dad's from 1968.

The only available whitewalls to be found now are the wide version and are Firestone replicas by Coker...fairly pricey, but the wides probably are what was available stock on the early Dreams.
Here's a couple threads:

Original size and tread pattern of any kind are almost impossible to find now:
3.25-16 rib front, and 3.25-16 block rear.
Porta-Walls are an option if you are so inclined.

Alright......we'll see. We have agreed on a price and I'm going after it tomorrow. 6.5 hours one way. He said he has the saddle bags and two tone windshield it originally came with also.
Funny thing...... Saturday at an auction without even knowing I was ever going to buy one, I bought a nice tank for one of these.

Hippykid.....sorry, I realized after looking the tank I bought at auction is off a Superhawk.
Anyway, 14 hours round trip today and I got it. I've learned why this was singled out as a 62 but it is titled as a 63. All original. Paint, pipes etc. It's in very nice unrestored rider condition. Some pitting on the rear rim and shocks. Some chrome wear here and there. Random chips and small dings but overall being unrestored original I'm pretty pleased.

It's cold today but I still had to give it a bit of a go. Battery is weak so, gas on, choke on, a little throttle and kick. Fired right up on the first kick. Idles nice and warmed up fairly quickly.
Everything is tight. Shifts great compared to what I've been reading.
