Carb missing a flap on the choke?
I pulled the factory carbs off my 1966 CB160 to do a rebuild. When the choke is on a round opening is lowered in front of the air intake. The round opening has a pin/spring across the top as if there should be a plate or flapper attached. Am I missing a part? Both carbs are identical in this respect.

It seems I am missing both of them. PM sent.teazer wrote:I don't think they were ever available as a replacement part. They are part of the choke door and for some reason CB160's seem to "lose" a lot of them.
I probably have a pair of choke "doors" it you need them.
I"m new to honda carbs, how would this 'door' get lost?
Thank you gentlemen for your prompt and helpful responses. This is a great site.
